Well I have not posted for a while... since the last post I have been to Europe for a few weeks on holiday and then ahve moved house temporarily into the in-laws! Until we can fix a mortgage then we can't go anywhere.

I now have a job with British Power International (BPI - www.bpienergy.co.uk) where I will be working as a power engineer.

Hopefully I will be able to form some kind of routine soon and get back into working out, building robots and parkour. In the meantime I am working on some core exercises and developing some basic parkour techniques.
